Venustech's next-generation firewall line (sold in China as 天清汉马T系列下一代防火墙), combining application-layer access control with threat intelligence, sandbox linkage and SD-WAN functions. Based on an innovative dynamic biplane multi-core parallel architecture and powered by Intel DPDK, Venusense NGFW provides T-bit non-blocking data processing capacity. Venusense NGFW provides SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) functions, provides real-time dynamic path selection, WAN optimization, dynamic VPN tunnels, data compression, and end-to-end QoS. Venusense NGFW supports linkage with VenusEye for real-time access to the latest threat intelligence. It is available as a hardware appliance.

Vendor

Venustech was founded in Beijing in 1996 and is one of China's largest security companies, listed in Shenzhen, with China Mobile as its controlling shareholder since 2022 — state-linked ownership that matters for who it sells to and where. Its products carry the Venusense brand and cover most of the network security stack: Venusense NGFW and Venusense UTM at the perimeter, Venusense IFW for industrial control networks, Venusense IPS for intrusion prevention, Venusense WAF for web applications, Venusense NAC for access control, Venusense NTA for traffic analysis and Venusense USM as the security management platform, with ADC and privileged access management alongside. It sells to Chinese government, telecoms and large enterprises. Like its domestic peers, it is validated through Chinese certification rather than the European public test cycles, so its rows in this index describe what it makes rather than how it scored.
