Something on the site is wrong

Please don’t email it — use Suggest a correction. A correction arrives attached to the product and field it is about, with somewhere to put your evidence, and it is reviewed as a proposal like every other change. An email has to be turned into one of those by hand before anything can happen, which is slower for you and easier to lose.

Every published fact links to the source it came from. If a figure looks wrong, the source link on the product page is the quickest way to see what CSI actually read.

You make a product listed here

Add my product is the route for a product that is missing, and for correcting your own entry. What a vendor submits is recorded as the vendor’s own claim and never as independently verified, because a claim about your own product is evidence of what you say, not of what is so.

You publish data we index

If you run a test lab, a certification programme or a product catalogue and want to change how CSI reads it — or want it to stop — write to info@cyberindex.com. CSI stores derived facts, a link and a content hash rather than copies of source documents, and it identifies itself in every request it makes.

Before you write

Sources & how to read the data covers where the data comes from, what the absence of a value means, and why a missing test score is never shown as a zero. Most questions about a surprising figure are answered there.

May we count your visit? CyberIndex would like to use Google Analytics to see which pages are read. It sets cookies and sends your visit to Google. Decline and nothing is loaded — the site works the same either way. Privacy.
