Vendor

SECUI is one of South Korea's established network security manufacturers, formed in 2000 out of Samsung SDS's security business and long a standard choice for Korean enterprise and public-sector networks. Its firewall line carries the BLUEMAX name: BLUEMAX NGF as the next-generation firewall, BLUEMAX NGF PRO for higher-throughput sites and BLUEMAX NGF VE as the virtual edition for data centres and cloud deployments. Its older MF2 firewall line preceded them and is still found in service. Korean firewall vendors are bought largely on domestic certification, local support and compatibility with the country's regulatory requirements, and they are tested by those schemes rather than by the international malware laboratories. An empty laboratory column here should be read accordingly. Vendor page →
