Vendor

InfoTeCS is a Moscow company founded in 1992 that builds around Russian national cryptography: its products implement the GOST standards required for state and regulated use in Russia, which is both what they are for and why they are seldom seen elsewhere. It is one of the established names in that market, selling to government, finance, energy and industrial operators. Everything carries the ViPNet name. ViPNet Coordinator and ViPNet Client are the VPN gateway and endpoint that the company is best known for, with ViPNet xFirewall at the perimeter, ViPNet EndPoint Protection on workstations, ViPNet SafeBoot as a trusted boot module, ViPNet IDS for intrusion detection, ViPNet CSP as the cryptographic provider and ViPNet SIES for industrial and embedded systems. For a reader outside Russia the useful framing is that this is a compliance-driven product set: it is bought because a regulator requires certified Russian cryptography, and its endpoint protection is one component of that rather than a competitor to the consumer suites listed here.
