Product

ConnectWise Automate is a remote monitoring and management platform for managed service providers, available self-hosted or hosted by ConnectWise. Its agent-based Patch Manager takes control of Windows Update and applies update, reboot and approval policies, with routine approval staging patches through test, pilot and production devices. Third-party application and Intel-based macOS patching are added through ConnectWise Platform patching. ConnectWise RMM is a cloud-native RMM solution built on the ConnectWise Asio platform, designed for platform‑managed guardrails, robust pre-built monitoring, and faster time‑to‑value. ConnectWise RMM™ simplifies endpoint management with thousands of pre-built intelligent alerts, hundreds of pre-built scripts, and optional integrated expert services. Automate allows for deeper, manual customization and includes the option for on-premises or cloud hosting. Supported platforms are macOS, Windows and Windows Server.
